1. How to track my order ?

2. What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged or incomplete ?
Chronopost, our parcel service provider, must give your parcel against your signature. When you receive your package, please check that the bottles are in good conditions . If it is not the case, do not accept the parcel and send an email to our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you see broken bottles later, send an email to: email@example.com
3. Can I pay by bank transfer ?
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, choose "Bank transfer" during you order process.

4. Can I drink the wines immediatly ?
Store your bottles in a cool (14°C) and airy place and wait for 1 or 2 days before drinking your wines. It is better to decant your wines 1 hour before tasting.
