Julien Cruchandeau is a energetic man of many talents whose life is already impressive: he worked in catering but also as a chef. He was an electronic musician travelling across Europe and today he still likes getting involved in some concert organizing now and then. He attended Beaune viticulture school then worked for two top-of-the-range domains in the region of Nuits-Saint-Georges till 2005. This determined winemaker has been managing this 4-hectare domain since 2003. He has adopted organic methods and favours quality over quantity with small yields.
Everything is there: juice, concentration, taste, all clean and neat. Whether it be Aligoté or Pinot Noir Julien Cruchandeau has an integrated approach to fruit growing. We had a great time tasting his gourmet wines. And the icing on the cake, these wonderful Burgundy wines are reasonably priced so why would you do without ?
