Jean Delobre from the "Ferme des 7 lunes" is a very stubborn man. As early as 1997, the grapes were grown organically, and after initiating a group "Bio" at the cooperative winery, he decided to vinify his own wines according to biodynamic principles.

The juices will macerate for 20 days with no filtering and fermentation in open concrete tanks.
