Our opinion on this winery

The “Roc des Anges” (Angels’ Rock), situated a few kilometres west of Perpignan, was created in 2001 under the impetus of Marjorie and Stéphane
Gallet. The two met in Montpellier, at the School of Agriculture.
In 2000, after Marjorie had spent time with Gérard Gauby, and Stéphane had been in the technical department of the Mas Amiel, they looked for a vineyard
to create their own domain. This would be in a place called “Roc Blanc” with
its magical quartz and black shale terroirs. Very quickly, the domain made a name for itself with an old Carignan 1903 vintage (on this vein of quartz) developed by Marjorie.
In 2008, the domain took on a second life with the arrival of Stéphane. Nature was given its place. An obvious and natural logic led them both to Biodynamics (the domain would be certified in 2010). At the same time, in the same year, Stéphane searched and found a vineyard next to Maury in order to continue his work and his experiments on sweet natural wines. This would be the Terres de Fagayra.
Two domains with a total of 40 hectares ! All with the same work, the same approach, the same respect for nature.
