Touraine-Amboise Bel Air 2016 - La Grange Tiphaine

Fin et élégant, signé Coralie & Damien Delecheneau. Très belle entrée en matière sure ce domaine. Tension sur la fraicheur acidulée, puis vient le jus de poire et la fleur de printemps.
La bouche est fine également et tactile, la poire citronée se fait plus mûre et granuleuse. Un ensemble gourmand et équilibré.

Joyeux, c'est un vin à prendre en apéritif ou avec entrées à base de légumes et poissons fins.
